Fictional activity. A published asset does not by itself establish indexing, ranking movement, or campaign impact.

Included work

What the service
can cover.

  • Documented search terms, identities, and monitoring scope
  • Baseline observations for the agreed sources and selected AI responses
  • Scheduled checks at the cadence defined in the proposal
  • A record of notable changes, new concerns, and open questions
  • A review of work completed and recommended next priorities

When it fits

During an engagement

Keep a shared view of the agreed sources and observed changes as reputation work progresses.

After a public event

Follow defined searches when a matter attracts attention or a new announcement changes the information available.

For ongoing visibility

Review a firm or client’s public picture periodically to identify inconsistencies or new exposure.

Before you decide

Measurement with context.

Search results and AI answers are variable. Reports identify the scope and timing of observations rather than presenting them as universal. Monitoring does not cover every platform or every query; included systems, frequency, and any escalation process are set in the engagement.

How we coordinate the work
Do you monitor every AI platform?

The proposal names the selected systems and prompts included in the work. Coverage and access vary; we do not imply universal or continuous monitoring.

Does a changed result prove the campaign caused it?

Not necessarily. We separate observed changes from work completed and avoid claiming causation when it cannot be established.

Can reporting be coordinated with counsel?

Yes. We agree on the designated recipients, review cadence, and escalation contacts before starting.
