Information you choose to provide

The consultation form collects your name, email, role, service interest where selected, optional firm and phone details, and the brief summary you choose to submit. The form asks you to avoid privileged documents, client files, identification records, and sensitive personal details.

How it is used

Novara uses inquiry information to review your request, assess service fit, contact you, and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a marketing campaign or purchase services.

Website operation

The website and inquiry storage use hosting infrastructure provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. The inquiry endpoint uses a daily request identifier derived from connection information to limit repeated submissions. This website does not add advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.

Access and handling

Inquiry records are available to the site owner through the hosting administration tools; they are not published or exposed through a public inquiry-list endpoint. Information may be handled by service providers supporting website operation and inquiry processing. No website should be used as a substitute for an agreed channel for sensitive case material.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are retained for follow-up and business administration unless removed. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by contacting Chad@GetReputationRepair.com. Requests are reviewed in light of any applicable recordkeeping needs.

Links to Reputation Repair, professional profiles, or other third-party services lead to websites with their own privacy practices. Any subsequent service engagement or partner enrollment is governed by its own terms and handling arrangements.
