Frequently asked questions

The details that help you decide.

Straightforward answers about service scope, client coordination, expectations, and the first conversation.

Who does Novara work with?

Novara is exclusively focused on attorneys, law firms, and their clients. We support firm reputation and coordinate services for individuals and businesses represented by counsel.

How does Novara relate to Reputation Repair?

Both businesses are led by Chad Angle and offer the same core reputation services. Novara focuses on the legal community; Reputation Repair works with a broader range of individuals and businesses. The proposal identifies the engagement scope and contracting party.

Are you a law firm?

No. Novara provides reputation services. Legal advice, filings, legal remedies, and decisions about a matter remain with counsel.

Can you work directly with my client?

Yes. We agree with the attorney and client on the primary contact, responsibilities, approvals, and reporting. Some engagements use a joint conversation; others are coordinated through the firm.

Can you guarantee removal or a search ranking?

No. Publishers, platforms, search engines, and AI systems control their own decisions and outputs. We define the work, explain constraints, and report observed progress without promising a specific result.

Do you offer expert testimony or digital forensic investigations?

Those are not part of the standard reputation services presented here. If a matter needs a specialist outside this scope, discuss that requirement with counsel and an appropriately qualified provider.

What should we share in an initial inquiry?

Your name, email, a short description, and relevant public links are enough to begin. Firm and phone details are optional. Please leave privileged material, client files, identification records, and sensitive personal information out of the initial inquiry.

How are fees and timelines determined?

We define fees and scope after discussing the concern. A proposal identifies deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, timing, and reporting. An inquiry does not commit you to paid services.

Who approves content and review responses?

The engagement identifies the designated reviewer and approval process. Sensitive content and responses are escalated for review before publication under that agreed process.

Can you handle reviews for multiple offices?

Yes, with covered locations, supported platforms, integrations, response volumes, approval contacts, and reporting defined in the proposal.

Will our matter be used in marketing?

Marketing use of client details or work should be separately agreed. We discuss handling and permissions as part of the engagement rather than assuming permission from an inquiry.

Is this an emergency response service?

The website is not an emergency reporting channel. Tell us about time-sensitive needs during the initial conversation; response arrangements and any ongoing monitoring are agreed in the engagement.
